We start by going over your project, including the footage, timeline and any references or direction.

2. Editing
Your footage is shaped into a structured edit with a focus on pacing, flow and clarity.
From there, the video is refined to make sure everything feels cohesive and aligned with the overall vision.
3. Revisions
You’ll review the edit and share feedback. Revisions are then applied to make sure everything feels aligned.
4. Final Delivery
Once all revisions have been approved, I will prepare and deliver the final files in your requested format.

What software do you use?

I primarily edit in Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. Thumbnails are created in Photoshop or Canva and motion graphics are created in Premiere or After Effects.
What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround depends on the project, but most long-form edits take around 4–7 business days for a first draft. The turnaround time for short form is 1-3 business days for a first draft. Rush delivery may be available depending on my editing schedule.
How much raw footage can I send?

Most long-form projects include approximately 1–2 hours of raw footage, while short-form projects typically include up to 30 minutes of raw footage.
Projects with larger footage volumes may require a custom quote based on the overall scope of work.
How many revisions are included?

Most projects include 1–2 rounds of revisions, depending on the scope of work. Additional revision requests may incur an extra fee and will always be discussed in advance.
How do payments work?

Single Projects
A 50% deposit is required to begin. The remaining 50% is due upon completion prior to final delivery.
Late payments are subject to a 10% fee per day.
Ongoing Support
Monthly support is billed 100% upfront at the start of each month.
Monthly work reflects reserved time and availability. Unused edits do not roll over.
What is your refund policy?

Due to the time-intensive nature of editing, all completed work is non-refundable. Revisions are included to ensure the final edit aligns with your vision. By moving forward with the project, you agree to these terms.
Deposits secure time in my schedule and are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled before work begins, any remaining balance may be returned at my discretion.
